Job Requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room RN experience required
  • Level I or Level II trauma experience required
  • BLS certification required
  • ACLS certification required
  • ENPC or PALS required
  • TNCC required
  • Ability to work every other weekend as scheduled
  • Strong critical thinking, communication, and rapid assessment skills

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent needs
  • Perform triage, assessment, monitoring, and stabilization of patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely treatment plans
  • Administer medications, initiate IVs, and carry out ordered interventions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Respond to trauma and high-acuity situations with calm professionalism and sound clinical judgment
  • Document patient care thoroughly and maintain safe, compliant clinical practices
  • Support a patient-focused environment that values teamwork, compassion, and excellence
