Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room RN experience required
- Level I or Level II trauma experience required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- ENPC or PALS required
- TNCC required
- Ability to work every other weekend as scheduled
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and rapid assessment skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent needs
- Perform triage, assessment, monitoring, and stabilization of patients in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely treatment plans
- Administer medications, initiate IVs, and carry out ordered interventions with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond to trauma and high-acuity situations with calm professionalism and sound clinical judgment
- Document patient care thoroughly and maintain safe, compliant clinical practices
- Support a patient-focused environment that values teamwork, compassion, and excellence
