• Start Date: September 21, 2026
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour nights, 6:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m.
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,570 - $1,650
• Setting: Combined Med/Surg and Post Partum unit
• Work Environment: On-site travel assignment in Northwest Arkansas

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg RN experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required, or able to complete prior to start
• Comfortable caring for both medical-surgical and postpartum patient populations
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg and Post Partum patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and nursing standards
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support coordinated patient care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Deliver compassionate support to patients and families throughout the care experience
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach during overnight shifts
