Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current NRP certification
• Fetal monitoring competency
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and supporting birth preferences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced obstetric and maternal health environment

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality Labor & Delivery nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Support patient choice and encourage vaginal birth opportunities when appropriate
• Assist with circulating in the OR and manage obstetric procedures as needed
• Perform and monitor interventions such as IUPC, FSE, MgSO4, postpartum hemorrhage management, JADA system support, and nitrous oxide
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and anesthesia providers to promote safe, individualized maternal-fetal care
• Respond to high-risk deliveries and maintain readiness for evolving patient needs
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented healthcare environment focused on quality outcomes and patient experience
