• Duration: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour nights
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,130 - $2,250
• Schedule: Every other weekend
• On-Call: No call

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the appropriate state
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Experience in maternal-newborn care, postpartum nursing, or obstetric nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to provide safe, patient-centered care in a night-shift environment
• Experience working effectively in a fast-paced maternity care or women’s health setting
• Reliable, flexible, and prepared to work every other weekend

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
• Monitor maternal and fetal status and promptly communicate changes in condition
• Support physicians, OB providers, and the care team during deliveries and related procedures
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and RN standards of care
• Educate and comfort patients and families throughout the birth process
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold patient safety standards
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth shift operations and excellent patient outcomes
