Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Experience working in an acute care or hospital nursing setting
• Strong clinical assessment, prioritization, and communication skills
• Ability to work night shifts and deliver high-quality patient care in a busy medical-surgical unit
• Willingness to complete all required onboarding and compliance documentation
• Current BLS certification preferred or required per facility standards

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Perform thorough assessments, monitor patient status, and respond to changes in condition
• Administer medications, coordinate treatments, and follow provider orders
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain clear communication with the care team
• Support safe discharge planning and patient education
• Promote a compassionate, patient-centered environment while collaborating with interdisciplinary staff
