Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience
• Strong skills in prioritization, time management, and patient flow
• Comfort working in high-acuity, fast-moving clinical environments
• Ability to remain calm during stressful situations and respond effectively to changing patient needs
• De-escalation and CPI experience preferred
• Team-focused, patient-centered attitude with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs in a fast-paced ER setting
• Support emergency interventions and assist with common ED procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver timely care
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold clinical standards
• Promote a safe, organized, and compassionate environment for patients and families
• Contribute to a positive team culture through professionalism, flexibility, and strong communication
