Description
• Shift: Days, 0700-1900
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 – must be indicated on submission form
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Weekend Hours: As required by facility
• Call Requirements: None
• Required Licensure: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri.)
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA only; TNCC, NIHSS (may be submitted without, but must obtain prior to start)
• Preferred Certifications:
• Years of Experience: 1 year Tele, Stepdown or ED (Level 3, Level 4 or critical access)
• Float Requirements: None
Unit Information:
• Number of Beds: 68
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 routinely, surge and other circumstances will alter. We do not guarantee ratios.
• Equipment:
• EMR: EPIC
Hiring Profile:
• Must Have Skills/Experience: 1 year Tele, Stepdown or ED (Level 3, Level 4 or critical access) indicated on the resume. This is a busy urban trauma center.
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: trauma/peds, 200+patients/day, high acuity experience preferred
• Type of Patients on Unit: We are a level one trauma, Stroke, STEMI center and regional burn center
• Personality Fit: Determined, decisive, flexible
Dress Code:
• Scrub Color: Black
• Any unacceptable attire: attire unprofessional, jeans
Auto Offer Guidelines:
• Flexible Guaranteed Hours - 36 or 48 hours - must be listed on submission form
• BLOCK SCHEDULE CAN NOT BE ACCOMMODATED
• RTO must be made up on the back end. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment.
• Holiday RTO – can request only 1 per assignment
