Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred, ideally in PCU, telemetry, or med-surg
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic acute care environment
- Meditech experience and familiarity with dressing changes are a plus
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate patient care to PCU patients with burn/reconstructive, stroke, and cardiac needs
- Monitor patients closely and respond to changes in condition using strong clinical judgment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support efficient, patient-centered outcomes
- Perform dressing changes and routine bedside nursing duties
- Float as needed to PCU, Tele, and Med Surg zones
