- Position: Travel ICU Registered Nurse (ICU RN)

- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Shift Duration: 10 hours
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,960–$2,060
- Schedule Highlights: No weekends and no holidays
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
Job Requirements
- Active Illinois RN license in hand
- At least 1 year of ICU or ED experience required; candidates with less than 2 years of experience may be considered
- Recent Epic experience preferred; candidates with more than 1 year of Epic EMR experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- Ability to provide an Nursys report pulled within the last 2 weeks
- Must submit under the traveler’s legal first and last name
- RTO must be no more than 3 days, with no requested time off during the first or last week of the assignment
- Ability to meet standard travel nurse compliance and orientation requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate nursing care in a prep and recovery environment for procedural patients
- Monitor patient status before and after procedures, responding promptly to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support smooth patient flow and excellent outcomes
- Document accurately in the Epic charting system
- Maintain readiness for a fast-paced clinical setting with strong prioritization and communication skills
- Support patient education, comfort, and safety throughout the care experience
- Follow all facility policies, infection control practices, and compliance standards
