• Position Type: Travel Registered Nurse (RN)
• Setting: Homecare / Home Health Nursing
• Location: Newburgh, NY (Orange County)
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-Call / Weekend Requirement: 1 weeknight and 1 weekend day (Saturday/Sunday)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
• CHHA experience required
• Homecare Homebase EMR experience required
• Experience in home health, community nursing, or clinical support services preferred
• Strong ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team player
• Comfortable providing care in a home-based setting
• Reliable transportation for travel between patient visits

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes
• Complete patient visits, assessments, and ongoing care coordination
• Document clinical findings accurately in the EMR system
• Support continuity of care through clear communication with the care team
• Manage assigned coverage areas and maintain timely visit schedules
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care that supports independence and recovery
• Follow homecare best practices and uphold professional nursing standards
