- Hours: 40 hours per week guaranteed
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,120 - $2,230
- Coverage Areas: Robeson, Hoke, and Cumberland County
- On-Call/Weekend Requirement: Yes
- Productivity Expectation: 30 points
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Associate degree required; BSN preferred if applicable
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required
- Home health nursing experience strongly preferred
- Experience with HCHB documentation preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality patient care
- Comfortable meeting productivity expectations and supporting on-call/weekend coverage as needed
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting
- Complete patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver treatments, monitor patient progress, and report changes in condition promptly
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and recovery goals
- Document visits accurately and timely using home health documentation systems
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective outcomes
- Travel within the assigned coverage area to complete patient visits
- Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as scheduled
