  • Provide high-quality nursing care to premature and medically fragile newborns in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting
  • Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
  • Float to Nursery as needed
