Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and provide compassionate, specialized newborn care
- Strong critical thinking, teamwork, and communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to premature and medically fragile newborns in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit setting
- Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold patient safety standards
- Float to Nursery as needed
