Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg or acute care nursing experience
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Willingness to work night shifts and a rotating holiday schedule as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical patients
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patients for changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain strong communication throughout the shift
• Respond promptly to patient needs and prioritize care in a dynamic acute medicine environment
