- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,190 - $2,310
- Start Date: September 21, 2026
- Contract Duration: 16 weeks
- Hours per Week: 40
- Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts
- Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- On-Call: 1 weekend per month, plus occasional weekday after-hours call
- Openings: 2
- Setting: Home health and hospice / community-based care
Registered Nurse Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience required
- Experience in home health, hospice, acute care, med-surg, or community nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Comfort with patient education, documentation, and care coordination
- Experience with OASIS assessment preferred
- Skills in wound care, PICC and central line management, Foley care, trach care, ostomy care, and negative pressure therapy preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Provide clinical support for well, chronic, and acutely ill individuals in community or small facility settings
- Coordinate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support safe, effective care
- Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the physician
- Manage medication-related processes, including ordering, monitoring, documentation, and safe handling
- Complete required daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual nursing documentation
- Support health maintenance, disease prevention, and case management activities
- Supervise and guide LPN/LVN staff as needed
- Ensure supplies, furnishings, and equipment are maintained in a safe and sanitary condition
- Coordinate appointments, hospital communication, discharge planning, and staff training related to health and safety
