• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,570-$1,650

Job Requirements

• Active Arkansas RN license or compact/multistate RN license
• Minimum 1 year of Behavioral Health RN or Psychiatric Nurse experience required
• Current BLS certification
• SAMA certification required, or willingness to complete it at the facility if needed
• Cerner EHR experience required
• Strong communication, de-escalation, and patient-centered care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced inpatient behavioral health setting

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to patients in an inpatient behavioral health unit
• Monitor patient condition, assess changes, and communicate updates to the interdisciplinary care team
• Support therapeutic interventions and help maintain a structured, healing environment
• Use de-escalation techniques and behavioral health best practices as needed
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses in Cerner
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team members to support patient progress
• Follow unit protocols, safety procedures, and standards of care at all times
