We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with pediatric critical care experience to join a fast-paced ECMO team in Omaha, NE. This travel RN position is ideal for a compassionate clinician who thrives in high-acuity environments, enjoys collaboration, and is confident managing complex patients across NICU, PICU, and CVPICU settings.

- Shift: Day shifts, 3x12 hours (07:00 - 19:00)
- Hours Per Week: 36
- Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend
- Patient Ratio: 1:2
- Orientation: 36 hours
- Floating: NICU, PICU, and CVPICU as needed
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,360 - $2,480
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing, pediatric intensive care, or critical care nursing
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license or credential
- BLS and PALS certification required
- CardioHelp experience required
- Experience with ECMO management, including VA ECMO and VV ECMO, preferred or required for success in this role
- Strong critical care background with comfort supporting neonatal, infant, and pediatric patients
- Epic experience preferred

Responsibilities
- Manage ECMO pumps and provide specialized support for patients on ECMO
- Care for patients on VA ECMO and VV ECMO, adapting to cardiac and non-cardiac needs
- Provide bedside nursing support in pediatric ICU settings when ECMO census is low
- Deliver care for cardiac, non-cardiac, NICU, PICU, and CVPICU patients based on unit need
- Monitor critically ill patients, maintain safe patient ratios, and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Support ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and other advanced ICU interventions as appropriate
- Participate in practice drills, ongoing education, and competency maintenance for ECMO and CardioHelp systems
- Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, family-centered pediatric healthcare
