• Position: Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing

• Shift Duration: 12-hour shifts
• Schedule: Day shift coverage with rotating weekend requirements; flexibility for schedule adjustments may be needed based on departmental needs
• Hours Per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,880 - $1,980

• Location: Silverton, OR 97381
• Setting: Level IV Trauma Emergency Department
• Patient Population: Adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics

Job Requirements

• Active Oregon RN license or proof of Oregon licensure application and fingerprinting at time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Epic experience required
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC or ATCN certification required
• NIHSS certification preferred/required per submission standards
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced trauma environment
• Willingness to float within the site and across the system as needed
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care in a busy Emergency Department
• Perform triage, assessment, stabilization, and ongoing monitoring for patients of all ages
• Support trauma, stroke, and cardiac stabilization workflows in a Level IV trauma setting
• Respond to Code Blue, Rapid Response, and massive transfusion situations as assigned
• Collaborate with respiratory therapy, radiology, pharmacy, social services, interpretation services, and unit support staff
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
• Adapt quickly to changing patient arrival patterns and evolving unit needs
• Complete required orientation, education, and competency requirements within established timelines
