• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
• Location: Aberdeen, WA
• Setting: On-site, hospital-based supervisory nursing role

Job Requirements

• Active Washington RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum of 4 years of recent clinical nursing experience
• At least 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to effectively interact with staff, patients, families, and medical team members

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations as the nursing house supervisor
• Maintain appropriate and efficient staffing levels across clinical departments
• Assist with leadership decisions and escalation of operational concerns
• Provide intervention and guidance in staff, patient, family, and provider interactions
• Promote a positive, cooperative, and patient-centered care environment
• Help ensure smooth patient flow and strong coordination across units
• Lead by example while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability
