- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
- Location: Aberdeen, WA
- Setting: On-site, hospital-based supervisory nursing role
Job Requirements
- Active Washington RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum of 4 years of recent clinical nursing experience
- At least 1 year of demonstrated nursing leadership experience preferred
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to effectively interact with staff, patients, families, and medical team members
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations as the nursing house supervisor
- Maintain appropriate and efficient staffing levels across clinical departments
- Assist with leadership decisions and escalation of operational concerns
- Provide intervention and guidance in staff, patient, family, and provider interactions
- Promote a positive, cooperative, and patient-centered care environment
- Help ensure smooth patient flow and strong coordination across units
- Lead by example while maintaining high standards of professionalism and accountability
