Job Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania RN license or compact RN license eligible in Pennsylvania
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• Stroke and telemetry certification required
• At least 1 year of Med/Surg or telemetry nursing experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care under the direction of a licensed physician
• Monitor telemetry patients and recognize changes in patient condition promptly
• Collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team to support positive outcomes
• Use the nursing process to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate care
• Direct nursing support staff in accordance with standards of practice and departmental policies
• Document patient care accurately and maintain high standards of clinical practice
