We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join a fast-paced Med/Surg Tele resource team in Fargo, North Dakota. - Location: Fargo, ND 58102
- Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,160-$2,270
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
- Schedule: 36 guaranteed hours per week; every other weekend and holiday
- Setting: Acute care medical-surgical / telemetry resource team
- Start Date: 09/28/2026
Job Requirements
- Active North Dakota RN license or compact state RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
- Telemetry nursing or float pool/resource team experience preferred
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Current NIHSS certification
- EPIC charting experience required
- Experience in a fast-paced acute care hospital preferred
- Ability to float within Med/Surg units and support a variety of patient populations
Responsibilities
- Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
- Administer medications through multiple routes safely and accurately
- Develop, update, and document individualized care plans
- Provide wound care, line care, and drain care as needed
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in a busy Med/Surg Tele environment
- Float across multiple medical-surgical areas as assigned
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and follow established unit workflows
