• Location: Fargo, ND 58102
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,160-$2,270
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
• Schedule: 36 guaranteed hours per week; every other weekend and holiday
• Setting: Acute care medical-surgical / telemetry resource team
• Start Date: 09/28/2026

Job Requirements

• Active North Dakota RN license or compact state RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg RN experience required
• Telemetry nursing or float pool/resource team experience preferred
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Current NIHSS certification
• EPIC charting experience required
• Experience in a fast-paced acute care hospital preferred
• Ability to float within Med/Surg units and support a variety of patient populations

Responsibilities

• Perform head-to-toe assessments and ongoing patient monitoring
• Administer medications through multiple routes safely and accurately
• Develop, update, and document individualized care plans
• Provide wound care, line care, and drain care as needed
• Deliver high-quality nursing care in a busy Med/Surg Tele environment
• Float across multiple medical-surgical areas as assigned
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC and follow established unit workflows
