Seeking an experienced Travel Home Health Registered Nurse in Newton, MA 02459 to provide compassionate, one-on-one home health nursing care to patients in the Greater Boston area. This 13-week assignment offers the opportunity to support patient recovery, independence, and quality of life while working with a respected certified home health agency in a welcoming suburban community near Boston.

• Schedule: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,500 - $2,630
• Start Date: 10/18/2026
• End Date: 1/16/2027
• Weekend Rotation: Approximately once every 6 weeks

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license
• Minimum of 1 year of certified home care experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of case management experience required
• Experience within a certified home health agency setting
• Strong electronic documentation and interdisciplinary communication skills
• Ability to travel to assigned patient cases as needed
• Flexibility to participate in scheduled weekend rotations

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver skilled nursing care in the home health setting
• Provide education and support to patients and families to promote recovery
• Complete admissions and carry out case management responsibilities
• Document care thoroughly and accurately in a timely manner
• Coordinate communication with the interdisciplinary care team
• Support patient safety, comfort, and continuity of care in the community
