Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Intermediate fetal monitoring experience required
• Experience with EFM, SVE competency, and C-Section circulation
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Ability to follow attendance and unit policies

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Support deliveries, C-sections, TOLAC, cerclages, and related obstetric procedures
• Monitor fetal status and respond appropriately to changing patient conditions
• Assist with circulating responsibilities in the C-section setting
• Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and the care team to ensure safe patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth unit workflow
• Promote a calm, compassionate experience for patients and families
