Job Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
• Intermediate fetal monitoring experience
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) proficiency
• SVE competency
• C-section circulator experience
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced clinical support environment

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to laboring and postpartum patients
• Support vaginal deliveries, C-sections, cerclages, and TOLAC cases
• Monitor maternal and fetal status closely using established best practices
• Assist with internal monitor placement when needed and maintain safe patient care standards
• Collaborate with charge nurses, co-charge nurses, and the care team to support patient flow
• Follow unit policies, attendance expectations, and professional dress code guidelines
• Contribute to a positive, supportive environment focused on excellent outcomes for families
