Job Requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor patient conditions, identify clinical changes, and respond appropriately
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and thoroughly
• Support patients and families with education, updates, and compassionate care throughout treatment
