• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,820 - $1,910
• Charting System: Cerner preferred
• Orientation: 24 hours
• Float Requirement: May float to critical care or med-surg/telemetry based on census needs

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience
• Experience with ICU, PCU, telemetry, stepdown, or critical care patients preferred
• Current ACLS and BLS certification required
• TCAR or TNCC required or obtainable within the facility timeframe
• Cerner experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage complex patient needs in a fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care for ICU and intermediate-acuity patients
• Monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Manage cardiac rhythms, IV therapies, vasoactive drips, and other advanced interventions as assigned
• Support telemetry, PCU, and critical care patients within a universal care model
• Float to critical care or med-surg/telemetry units when census requires additional support
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to deliver coordinated patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow established hospital protocols
