Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse (RN) needed for a 13-week contract in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Job Requirements

• 2+ years of Med/Surg Tele RN experience required
• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BSN required
• Recent EPIC electronic medical record experience required
• Ability to work every other weekend
• Ability to work 1 holiday during the assignment
• Availability to support schedule needs throughout all 13 weeks preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient status, including telemetry readings and changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely charting in the EPIC electronic health record (EHR) system
• Support safe, high-quality patient care while adapting to unit workflow and staffing needs
