• Setting: On-site float pool position supporting multiple inpatient departments
• Start Date: September 28, 2026
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Weekly Hours: 36 hours
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Schedule Note: Weekend coverage as assigned

Job Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience
• Med/Surg and telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
• Cerner experience preferred
• Ability to adapt quickly in a float pool or clinical support environment
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and respond appropriately to clinical needs
• Use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with physicians, support staff, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Float between inpatient departments as needed to support staffing and patient care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow hospital policies and procedures
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through professionalism and clinical excellence
