• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts at the time of submission
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department or similar acute care experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Experience caring for pediatric patients and comfort supporting them as part of the patient ratio
• Up-to-date resume and skills checklist matching the specialty
• Ability to provide any requested time-off details at the time of submission
• Experience with Meditech Expanse 6 is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a busy ED environment
• Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of conditions
• Support safe, efficient patient flow across exam beds, fast track, and accelerated care areas
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to provide timely interventions
• Care for both adult and pediatric patients in accordance with Emergency Department standards
• Document patient care accurately and maintain strong communication throughout the shift
• Adapt quickly to changing patient volumes and acuity levels in a fast-paced setting
