Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in Washington state or compact licensure eligibility
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing or critical care experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
• Ability to provide proof of right to work in the United States
• Strong clinical judgment and comfort caring for high-acuity and critically ill patients
• Experience with hemodynamic monitoring, IV therapy, ventilator management, and critical care protocols preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, individualized nursing care to critically ill ICU patients
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and update patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately according to nursing standards
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, ventilators, and other specialized critical care equipment
• Assess patient condition, document findings, and respond promptly to changes in status
• Support diagnostic testing, specimen collection, and bedside procedures as needed
• Provide patient and family education related to treatment plans, recovery, and discharge needs
• Respond effectively to urgent and life-saving situations in accordance with ICU protocols and best practices
