• Employment Type: Travel Nursing / Healthcare Job
• Location: Lake Havasu City, AZ
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
• Schedule: 3x12s
• Weekend Requirement: 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week schedule period
• Float Expectation: May float to other units such as IMC and ED as needed
• Start Date: 09/21/2026

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent acute care RN experience
• Telemetry nursing experience required
• Ability to safely manage a 1:6 patient ratio
• ACLS certification required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication, adaptability, and a positive team-oriented attitude
• Associate degree in Nursing preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric Med/Surg Tele patients
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Care for patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs, including CHF, CKD, alcohol withdrawal, SIRS, and GI bleed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective patient care
• Document care accurately using the electronic health record (EHR)
• Support patient safety initiatives and maintain a professional, compassionate presence on the unit
• Float to other hospital units when needed to support patient care needs
