- Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
- Schedule: Weekend rotation every other weekend
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,470 - $2,600
- Start Date: October 5, 2026
- Location: Cambridge, MA 02138
- Unit Focus: ICU with opportunities to support IMCU coverage
Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in an ICU or critical care setting
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA
- Experience with CT surgery patients required
- Hands-on experience with advanced cardiac devices such as IABP and Impella
- EPIC experience required
- Ability to work rotating days and nights with weekend coverage
- Must have been away from the organization for 6+ months to be eligible
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
- Monitor patient status, assess changes, and respond quickly to evolving clinical needs
- Support care for CT surgery patients and patients requiring advanced cardiac support devices
- Float between ICU and IMCU as assigned
- Document patient care accurately in EPIC
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal outcomes
- Maintain strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication in a dynamic critical care environment
