Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,750 - $1,840
• Schedule: Day shifts, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with call and holiday coverage
• Shift Duration: 10-hour shifts
• Hours per Week: 40
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Setting: Operating Room / Perioperative Services
• Location: Naples, FL 34114
• Start Date: ASAP
• Travel Assignment: Yes
• Floating: May be required to float between campuses as needed

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience
• Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
• Cerner EMR experience required
• AHCA fingerprinting clearance required prior to start
• Experience supporting a variety of surgical service lines preferred, including general surgery, urology, spine, GYN, orthopedics, plastics, breast, and robotics
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the operating room
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, surgical technologists, and other team members to support efficient case flow
• Prepare for procedures by ensuring supplies, equipment, and room readiness
• Assist with scrub support and hands-on surgical case participation as needed
• Communicate effectively with patients' families and support timely updates throughout the surgical experience
• Maintain and update physician preference cards
• Help ensure timeliness of cases and smooth coordination of surgical workflow
• Supervise personnel delivering patient care in accordance with policy and regulatory standards
