Job Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Current or very recent triage experience required
• Triage training required
• Level 1 trauma center experience required
• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA)
• PALS or ENPC required
• TNCC required
• Epic experience required
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled triage and emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent needs
• Perform rapid assessments, prioritize care, and support efficient patient flow in a busy Emergency Department
• Respond to trauma and complex emergency cases in a high-acuity Level 1 Trauma Center
• Document patient care accurately in Epic
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the ED care team to deliver safe, timely treatment
• Support care in a modern ED featuring fast-track services, behavioral health resources, private treatment rooms, and family-focused spaces
• Maintain a calm, professional presence in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
