Travel nursing opportunity for an experienced NICU Registered Nurse in Brockton, Massachusetts. Job Details

• Location: Brockton, Massachusetts
• Setting: Neonatal ICU / Critical Care Nursing
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 10/19/2026
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts; either 7:00 PM–7:30 AM or 11:00 PM–11:30 AM
• Hours per Week: 36 guaranteed hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,360–$2,480
• Work Type: On-site travel nursing assignment

Job Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Minimum of 2 years of recent NICU RN experience
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• Nursing diploma, ASN, or BSN preferred
• Strong assessment, clinical, organizational, and computer skills
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
• Comfort with mathematical calculations required for treatment protocols

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to full-term and premature infants in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Support medically complex neonatal patients requiring advanced medical and surgical care
• Deliver compassionate, family-centered care that respects cultural, spiritual, and individual needs
• Monitor patient condition and respond quickly to changes in clinical status
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure safe, efficient, effective, and timely care
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate patient needs clearly
• Participate in in-house emergency nursing support for neonatal patients
• Work rotating weekends and holidays as scheduled
