Job Details

• Position: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours Per Week: 40
• On-Call: Every 6th weekend with 1-2 call shifts per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,270 - $2,390

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred; operating room or perioperative experience strongly desired
• Experience in an Operating Room, surgical services, or perioperative nursing setting
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to stay calm in a high-acuity surgical environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to meet all onboarding and compliance requirements prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality patient care during surgical procedures
• Support the OR team through preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative nursing care
• Help maintain a sterile, efficient, and patient-centered operating room environment
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
• Monitor patient condition and respond appropriately to changes during procedures
• Follow clinical protocols, safety standards, and accurate documentation practices
• Participate in scheduled call coverage, including weekend rotation
