Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license in hand
• Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg or related medical-surgical nursing experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Must be able to pass a dysrhythmia exam (2 attempts allowed)
• RTO must be submitted at the time of application

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg patients during 12-hour night shifts
• Monitor patient conditions, assess changes, and communicate updates effectively with the care team
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical protocols
• Support safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care across the medical-surgical unit
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary staff to promote positive patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards for quality and safety
