Registered Nurse Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery experience or experience in a closely related acute care setting
• Comfort working night shift in a dynamic, patient-centered maternity care environment
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate care and respond calmly in changing clinical situations

Labor & Delivery RN Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care for laboring and delivering patients
• Monitor patient status and recognize changes that require prompt intervention
• Support physicians and the care team during labor, delivery, and recovery processes
• Administer treatments and medications according to established protocols and nursing standards
• Document care thoroughly and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
• Deliver a calm, reassuring patient experience throughout every stage of care
