• Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Unit: Med Surg / Emergency Department

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• At least 1 year of Emergency Department / ER nursing experience required; 2 years preferred
• Ability to float between Med Surg and Emergency Department required
• BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS required
• Experience with CPSI EMR preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and comfort working in a critical access setting

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the Emergency Department and Med Surg setting
• Assess, stabilize, and monitor patients with a wide variety of illness and injury presentations
• Support trauma-related cases, medical emergencies, and routine patient care needs
• Float between Med Surg and ER as needed to support patient flow and unit coverage
• Collaborate with the care team to deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR system
