Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
- Comfort supporting routine labor, delivery, and postpartum care workflows
- Willingness to complete required onboarding and competency documentation
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients throughout labor and delivery
- Monitor maternal and fetal status and respond promptly to changes in condition
- Support physicians, obstetric teams, and clinical staff during deliveries and related procedures
- Educate and reassure patients and families during the birth experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical standards
- Promote a safe, respectful, and patient-centered care environment
