- Shift Duration: 10-hour or 12-hour shifts, day/evening
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,130 - $2,250

Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 1 year of PACU, post-op, perioperative, or acute care nursing experience
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to care for both pediatric and adult patient populations
- Experience with ophthalmology, ENT, head and neck, and complex surgical cases preferred
- Ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced recovery environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and patient advocacy skills
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive, evidence-based PACU nursing care in the Phase I recovery unit
- Monitor patients during the immediate post-anesthesia period and support physiologic stability
- Assess for and respond promptly to post-operative complications
- Care for patients recovering from a wide range of surgical procedures, including specialty and complex cases
- Safely transition patients to Phase II recovery, inpatient units, or intensive care settings as clinically indicated
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote safe outcomes
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care to support a smooth recovery experience
