• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,360 - $2,480
• Shift Pattern: Rotating day/night schedule

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required
• Experience in cardiac stepdown, telemetry, surgical oncology, or a similar acute care setting preferred
• Ability to manage patients with varying acuity levels in an inpatient healthcare setting
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to a rotating day/night schedule
• Willingness to complete required onboarding and compliance items prior to start

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to surgical oncology, telemetry, and stepdown patients
• Monitor telemetry data and respond to changes in patient condition promptly and appropriately
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, effective patient care
• Perform thorough assessments and document patient status accurately in the medical record
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and nursing standards
• Support discharge planning and patient/family education as appropriate
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in a busy inpatient acute care environment
