• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Start Date: Late September 2026
• Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry with float pool responsibilities
• Schedule Note: Weekend shifts required

Job Requirements

• Active Arizona RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• At least 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience preferred
• Med/Surg and telemetry nursing experience strongly preferred
• Ability to float to additional units as needed within the health system
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Cerner experience preferred
• Ability to work scheduled day shifts and weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care using the nursing process and established clinical standards
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a Med/Surg telemetry environment
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective care
• Delegate and coordinate care based on patient needs and staff competencies
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold facility policies and procedures
• Adapt quickly to float pool assignments and contribute to a positive team culture
• Support patient safety, quality outcomes, and efficient unit operations
