• Assignment Length: Approximately 15 weeks
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts
• Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel nursing assignment
• Charting System: Epic

Job Requirements

• Active Illinois RN license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
• At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience, preferably in Med/Surg or acute care
• Current ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications
• Ability to provide requested submission documentation
• Comfort working in a fast-paced medical-surgical nursing environment
• BSN not required

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients
• Assess patient conditions, monitor progress, and respond to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Document care accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Promote a safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care environment
• Support admissions, discharges, and ongoing patient education as needed
