Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse – 13-Week Contract in Vineland, New Jersey

Experienced Med/Surg Tele Registered Nurse needed for a 13-week on-site nursing contract in Vineland, NJ (08360). Provide high-quality care for observation and inpatient hold patients in the emergency department and inpatient units while gaining valuable acute care RN experience in a collaborative hospital setting. Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele, Stepdown, Telemetry, or related acute care RN experience required
• Previous Epic experience required
• Active New Jersey RN license or compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification required
• Stroke CEUs required
• PCU or Critical Care course required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for observation and inpatient hold patients in the emergency department and inpatient units
• Monitor patients requiring Med/Surg Tele and Stepdown-level nursing support
• Float between different care areas within the facility based on census and patient care needs
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition promptly and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care
• Utilize Epic for documentation and patient care coordination
• Participate in orientation, required training, and scheduled onboarding activities
