• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,950 - $2,060

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred in PCU, step-down, telemetry, or acute care
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work effectively on night shift
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality care to progressive care patients with complex medical needs
• Monitor patient status, assess changes, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to plan of care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and support smooth shift-to-shift handoffs
• Respond promptly to clinical changes and provide compassionate bedside care
• Follow unit protocols, safety standards, and evidence-based nursing practices
