Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of Registered Nurse experience, including critical care experience
• Ability to read and interpret telemetry
• Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Experience caring for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced ICU environment
• Reliable transportation is required due to the rural setting
• The facility has a four-bed open ICU.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care for patients requiring critical care during hospitalization
• Monitor patient conditions and respond quickly to changes in status
• Deliver care in alignment with AACN standards and best practices
• Support treatment plans tailored to each patient’s age, physical ability, and developmental needs
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate safe, effective patient care
• Demonstrate flexibility in caring for a diverse patient population
