Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
Shift Duration: 12-hour rotating shifts
Schedule: Variable shifts with possible weekends and holidays
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250–$2,370

End Date: 12/16/2026

Job Requirements

Current Montana Registered Nurse licensure or eligibility
Minimum of 1 year of NICU, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, or Intensive Care experience
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Provider certification
STABLE certification
Ability to work varied shifts in a fast-paced neonatal care environment
Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility to qualify for consideration

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive neonatal patient assessments and identify priority needs
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care
Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to NICU patients
Support patient and family education with professionalism and compassion
Collaborate closely with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members
Promote a safe environment and evidence-based nursing practice
Maintain competency in relevant policies, procedures, and required education
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented neonatal care environment
