• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed hours
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,800 - $1,890
• Float Requirement: Yes
• Patient Ratio: 1:5

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg, Ortho/Neuro, or acute care nursing preferred
• BLS certification required
• NIHSS preferred
• Strong teamwork, communication, and critical thinking skills
• Comfort caring for stroke, neuro, post-op spine, and hip fracture patients
• Ability to adapt to floating as needed in a hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to Med-Surg and Ortho/Neuro patients
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans and clinical standards
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support quality patient outcomes
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately in Epic
• Support recovery for patients with stroke, neurological conditions, and post-operative orthopedic needs
• Maintain a professional, patient-centered approach in a dynamic travel nursing environment
