Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas, or ability to obtain prior to start
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU or CVICU experience required
• Strong clinical foundation in cardiac nursing and critical care nursing
• Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, high-quality care to cardiovascular intensive care patients
• Monitor patient status closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to support effective treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
