Join a fast-paced Philadelphia maternity team as a Travel Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse. This 13-week travel nursing opportunity offers competitive weekly pay, 12-hour night shifts, and the chance to support growing families in a collaborative clinical setting in North Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Shift: NOC, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Shift Duration: 12-hour nights
Shifts Per Week: 3 shifts per week

End Date: January 10, 2027
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470 - $2,600

Job Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor & Delivery, maternity nursing, or a related clinical specialty
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license or Multi-State Compact RN license
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Ability to work night shifts and perform effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care under the direction of a licensed physician
Use the nursing process to individualize care for patients and families throughout the labor and delivery experience
Collaborate with physicians, peers, and other members of the healthcare team
Direct nursing support staff in delivering safe, effective patient care
Provide attentive, compassionate Labor & Delivery nursing care in a busy maternity setting
Follow established nursing standards, policies, and procedures
Support a positive patient experience in a dynamic Philadelphia healthcare environment
